To date, we have committed to more than 50 funds with almost 30 private equity managers in Europe and US. In addition to making primary commitments to private equity funds, we also make direct investments, co-investments and secondary purchases of fund interests.
Since the introduction of the KGJ Partnership concept in 2013, we have established six investment entities together with our investment partners. The primary purpose of the investment entities is to access high quality buyout funds in Europe and US in order to establish a diversified portfolio across industry segments and geographies.
The investment team of Jebsen Asset Management is a significant investor in all the KGJ Partnerships. Alignment of interest, transparency and insight sharing are key principles for our investment activity.
