JAM commits to private equity buyout funds in Western Europe and North America in addition to making co-investments with fund managers in our portfolio.
We invest with private equity managers with proven track record in improving businesses through active ownership. We aim to achieve above-market returns by careful selection of highest-quality fund managers and building portfolios that are diversified across industries, geographies, sizes and strategies.

We believe that a consistent approach combined with long-term relations enable us to gain access to the best private equity managers worldwide. We do not try to time the market based on short-term market trends.
Alignment of interests
The KGJ Partnership concept was established by investors for investors. The investment team of JAM is a significant investor in all the KGJ Partnerships, and all investors in the KGJ Partnerships participate on the same terms.

We believe in open and straight-forward communication. We share performance and market insights with our investors through semi-annual investor seminars, one-to-one meetings, and regular reporting.
