Jebsen Asset Management _(JAM) was established in 2005 by the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Group _(KGJG).

In 2013, JAM launched the KGJ Partnership concept enabling professional investors to access international private equity through our investment platform. To date, we have established seven investment entities together with our investment partners. 

JAM is a registered Alternative Investment Fund Manager _(AIFM) regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.

JAM’s private equity program is called KGJ Partnership for a reason. It rests on the foundation formed by the partnership between fellow investors: professional investors, KGJG as anchor investor, and the JAM team.

JAM is an affiliate of  Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi _(KGJS). KGJS was founded in 1967 by Kristian Gerhard Jebsen and has decades of experience in the shipping industry, primarily within dry bulk and tanker segments.
