Our team
The JAM investment team combines deep expertise in private markets investing with a long track record from industry and management consulting. With decades of experience from evaluating fund opportunities and building partnerships across Europe and North America, we bring discipline, insight, and consistency to every investment decision.
Fund operations are performed in cooperation with a leading fund administrator to ensure robust operations and highest quality of financial and tax reporting in addition to day-to-day cash management. Each KGJ Partnership is governed by a board that also functions as investment committee. The boards consist of experienced investors and executives.

members
Halvor has been an investment professional with focus on private market assets since 2004. In addition to committing to private equity funds, he has made numerous direct investments and served as non-executive director on several corporate boards.
Prior to joining Jebsen Asset Management in 2008, he worked as an investment professional at Hydro Technology Ventures, the corporate venture capital department of Norsk Hydro. Halvor has also worked in the oil and gas upstream business where he was involved in M&A processes, project developments and negotiations. Halvor holds an MSc degree from NTNU, has postgraduate education in operations research from London School of Economics and holds an MBA degree from IESE Business School.

Andreas has some 20 years of experience as corporate development advisor to both private equity, venture capital and industrial corporations. He has worked extensively with private equity funds and their portfolio companies on deal screening, commercial due diligence, strategy development, operational improvements and exit preparations.
Andreas has experience from a multitude of industries, including oil & gas, process industries, engineering & construction, maritime, technology and media. Prior to joining Jebsen Asset Management in 2018, Andreas worked with PwC Deals and Arkwright Consulting, and he served on the board of Arkwright Corporate Finance. Andreas holds a MSc degree from NTNU and has executive education in Corporate Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
